Installing hackable1
====================

1.) partition the SD card with:
  - partition 1: 8MB fat (type 4)
  - partition 2: rest with ext2 (min. 1GB card)

2.) untar the two tar balls as root:
  - tar xzfmo h1-fat_partition.tgz
  - tar xzf   h1-ext2_partition-rev2.tar.gz

3.) pop SD card into Neo and boot:
  - press and hold AUX button
  - press and hold power button
  - release AUX button
  - wait until boot menu appears
  - select second entry by pressing AUX
  - activate with power button press

4.) to start GSM click on the icon and select "auto register"

5.) the USB network is the standard 192.168.0.202

6.) root password is root

7.) x2x is installed thus you can:
    ssh -X root@192.168.0.202 "/usr/bin/x2x -east -to :0.0"
    which will let your desktops mouse slide out to the right on the Neo

8.) a short press on the AUX button pops up a keyboard,
    a long press on the AUX button (>0.5sec) bring up a menu where you can
    activate auto rotate, bluetooth keyboard and USB host mode

    a short press on the Power button quits the active application,
    a long press on the Power button brings up the power menu. You can dim
    the backlight in three steps

Keep in mind: It is work in progress and still rough around the edges.
